Value of certain additional bedrooms, baths, garage, etc

I was wondering if there was anyone who has a good general understanding of what kind of value does adding certain features to properties in the Richmond market, and VA in general (though I know a lot of this varies wildly).

Things like:

Bed (maybe brings in an additional $10k of value, for example)

Bath

Garage

Pool

Carport

etc

This varies a few thousand dollars depending on finishes and location.

Things like:

Bed - $10K

Bath - half bath: $5K full bath: $8K

Garage - $15K

Pool - $10-$15K

Carport - $3K
