I own a few single families and am looking to get into commercial/industrial real estate.  Does anyone have experience as a warehouse landlord?  What tools do you use to find tenants?

You use local brokers who specialize in your asset class.

For larger sq ft spaces you will want to use a leasing broker.  If it is a smaller space, you can advertise online yourself and usually find someone.  It really depends on the type of space you are looking to lease.
