Not L-ville but Lexington. If you ever were interested in central KY I can help. I specialize in that niche as well.

Both can be great markets if you know what you are doing. I personally like Lex over L-ville. Quality of life is better, less crime, more job diversity, higher education, and higher wages. The city will continue to grow in the coming years. Also, more LL friendly than L-ville. 

The advantages of L-ville though might be price points are a little lower. Many vacant properties especially on the West side. Rent has seen a huge jump in the past couple of years. Bigger city than Lex.
