Have you built relationships with other investors so they can help you mov forward? Go to NETWORK at the top of your screen and you can search for other investors and investment groups in your area. You can also check meetup.com or search facebook for real estate investment groups, clubs, or meetings in your area.

Question, you have zero experience how do you know they are great deals? Did you run the comps, do you know the rehab budget? Connect with someone doing deals, show then what you found. They can tell you in 5 minutes or less if it should be pursued. They will pay you a fee, learn save then go on your own
