Financing question for investment property

Posted Nov 5 2022, 11:38

I'm looking to finance my 2 investment property which is a new townhome. Are there any specific financing companies that will finance the property and not count against my DTI?

Look to use a DSCR loan or you can try to find sellers that would consider owner financing

You need to use DSCR lending, you qualify based off rents coming in not personals

It sounds like you need to find a company that wont report to your credit bureau. DSCR doesn’t consider your current DTI as a part of the underwriting process but you need to find a lender who wont report to your credit for subsequent properties.

You can refinance a conventional loan into a DSCR loan. Rate and fees may be prohibitive in this rate environment, but if you're looking for cash out for another project and can't do a HELOC, then DSCR works.

Hey Yogesh I sent you message. I think everything you're looking to do sounds reasonable and possible. You shouldn't have any trouble accomplishing your financing goal.
