I am in the process of beginning my career and would like to know if anyone has worked with investor-friendly attorneys in my local area? If so, please reach out as I would greatly appreciate it!

Hi @Joshua Kim reid You might want to reach out to realtors in your area and see who they recommend working with.  BiggerPockets has a NETWORK tab with build your team section- https://www.biggerpockets.com/... I didn't see too many lawyers listed here. Which is why I thought asking realtors in your area would be helpful. Best of luck!

I don’t know any in your area but what I would do is get with a investor friendly title company and ask who they have as an attorney

@Joshua Kim reid - reach out to title companies in your area.  Some realtors view real estate attorneys as competition because they both can help with deal closings.  Also, be sure to attend local real estate groups and there are probably a few attorneys that attend and are members.  If you don't know how to find a local real estate group message me.

@Joshua Kim reid Oh yes, title companies would also be a great place to ask. They know many attorneys and I'm sure they've seen a lot behind the scenes. That would also be a great place to ask.
