Looking for a CPA that specializes in Short Term Rentals

Hi Everyone! 

Do you have a recommendation for a CPA that specializes in Short Term Rentals? I own one and would like to add a CPA to my team prior to tax season. Someone local to Milwaukee, WI would be a bonus, but not a must have!

If you have a STR rental and wanting to work with an accountant - The first discussion should be whether the activity is considered an active or passive activity.

No CPA will specialize in STR, try to find one that invests in STR themselves

As Basit says, you should take into consideration other important factors including whether you hold a W2 employment or a REP status.
