Hi everyone,

I was just curious if somebody has a better way to find comparable properties online for free other than Zillow or realtor? After a property is sold on Zillow I can't look at the picture's of anything on the inside if anyone has a better option that would be much appreciated!

You can work with a REALTOR that has access to the MLS. Otherwise, you're stuck working with limited knowledge.

 I like Deakcheck. Theres a free version and a very inexpensive entry level version. I find it gives me a great selection of comparibles and a nice report to show the investors.

@Brady Ascheman

Not sure why you can’t see the old photos from the listings. Instead of going directly to Zillow google the address and you can look at the old listings. There are other sites; Redfin, Trulia to mention a few.

@Brady Ascheman, are you looking for Single Family comps or multi-family? I see Rochester mentioned, is that where you're looking?

@Brady Ascheman you have to either do a work around and look at several sites or use a Realtor
