Cash Flow in Michigan
Hey Folks, I am planning to get a property in Michigan, a turn key rental would be great, but I know they’re hard to find.
what areas do you all recommend sansei as you guys are deep rooted in the market.
I am also looking for Realtor and property manager, would love if it’s the same company (person)
Hi @Pranay Verma I love escaping Chicago to go to Michigan! I'm sure agents will comment on this post. But you can also search for agents and create your team on the BiggerPockets Network tab- https://www.biggerpockets.com/...
Best of luck!

Typically the agent and PM will be separate experts to focus on each thing (otherwise they might not be great at either)

I work at a real estate investment advisory firm and we kill it in Grand Rapids.
More than happy to discuss what we see in that market. Shoot DM.
