Good sites to get foreclosure homes listings
Hi Guys,
I am new to the foreclosure process and looking for websites like foreclosure.com which can provide me with a good amount of listings for foreclosure homes for DE, PA, and MD. Do you guys have any good recommendations on websites that provide this service similar to foreclosure.com?

Maryland most sales are done through a trustee
Pennsylvania is sheriff sales. You would need to go to each individual site
There is not an aggregator that puts them all together that I am aware of
Depends on the foreclosure stage, but the cleanest stage will be on the MLS just like a normal listing most of the time.
