Starting A Business - Mentorship

My name is Ryan Shaer, I'm interested in learning how to start a real estate business from the bottom. My goal would be to learn the basics of lead generation, cold calling, underwriting and wholesaling. Im looking for a mentorship to spend a few hours of their time per month.
