Experiences with Memphis CashFlow

Hello,

I’ve always been interested in investing in other states (outside of California).

My friend told me about a company called Memphis Cashflow where they sell homes that have been rehab and also provide a service to help manage your property (at 9%).

Has anyone have any experience with Memphis CashFlow? If so, please share!
