Airbnb Sub-Leasing Question - New to Airbnb

Caleb Shepard
Posted Dec 5 2022, 10:06

First off, I am just now starting to get into real-estate as I have finally built up enough money to get started in the industry! I am first starting off, sub-leasing apartments I rent, and then hopefully by next year putting all that money towards actual equity in real-estate! I am trying to find some apartments to do this with, and it seems to be a difficult task, does anyone here have any opinions on how to find more prospects to do this with?

use the search tool above to look for forum posts and blogs about "arbitrage" and you'll find plenty of opinions.

You need to find a way to make it beneficial to the Landlord.
