What’s your plans for handyman/Contractor? That has been my biggest challenge for out-of-state investing.
That is certainly a small hurdle to overcome, but @Glenn P Kakugawa did the right thing by reaching out on here and seeing if local investors can point him in the right direction. Did you find a property Glenn?

I have not yet. My HELOC has taken much longer than expected.
Once you are ready to get going, feel free to reach out, I'm happy to assist. A few of my friends are ramping up their wholesaling game soon, so I'll hopefully have some good leads.
Hey man, I been in the market for at least a year. I been buying SFHs every qtr. Actually looking into getting something bigger Multi family units. Let me know if you need anything.

If you're looking for a property management, I would love to connect. We are a full service RE brokerage, but all we do is manage. We are local, full time investors and believe that proper management is often the difference between profit and loss. It certainly was for us. I learned the hard way that much if the heavy lifting is done after the purchase.
