Hey everyone. I'm new to the bigger pockets community and I'm looking to get my foot in the door with real estate investing. I'm aiming to buy my first property this year but I'm currently looking for real estate side hustle ideas so I can become more involved in the industry while making some extra cash before I jump in on my own deals. Depends on how much time you have, your skillsets, and what you're willing to learn. But some things you can do "part time" would be:

1. Real estate agent

2. Wholesale

3. Bird Dog

4. Social media management for a developer/home builder

5. Notary

6. Handyman
