SE Michigan Investors
Any investors in Michigan and specifically the Washtenaw, Livingston, and Monroe counties? We are newer to the real estate world and looking to connect with local investors, and for off market deals from wholesalers. Strategies we are working on right now are BRRRR and flipping. Being newer we are open to any advice for the area as well! Thank you!

Avalon, it may be a bit of a drive for you but I always attended the Renegades Detroit RE Meetup.
It's held monthly in Troy and always had a great turnout and mix of new folks as well as experienced investors.
@Avalon Guenther would love to connect - i sent you a message also - @Travis Biziorek actually the Michigan Real Estate Investors meets in Troy each month on the 3rd Thurs - or DetroitREIA.com - same thing - renegades meets somewhere else.... would love to see you when you are in town also !!!

@Avalon Guenther I'm right outside of Ann Arbor, and there are a couple of great local resources that don't require you to drive an hour away. Check out the Ann Arbor Real Estate Investors Club hosted by Brian Bundesen and the Dirty House Buyers meetup (holds their monthly meetings in Ypsi) hosted by Gerrit Stukkie.

If you're intertest in Washtenaw County, I have a connection with a local Investor club that shares Off-market deals very 2-week. Our broker has many exclusive listings very week too.
@Anh Le the Michigan Real Estate Investors group also shares deal that their member posts - lots of wholesalers but mostly Macomb, Wayne and Oakland Counties - some are out of that area also but all in MI

@Yoav Gilad is a great lending resource and sounding board. Also, I second the meetup in Ypsilanti as it is very close to you and should be a convenient way to meet people face to face.
Just bought my first buy and hold in Ferndale Michigan and it is turning out to be the best decision I could have made. Feel free to connect to discuss all the advantages/disadvantages!
