Experience with auctions in Arizona

Hi Everyone,

I am starting out in Tucson, AZ and looking for a property to flip.  Does anyone have experience buying properties from auction.com?  Any tips?  I know that it's super important to do a title search beforehand.  Any and all advice welcome!
