Looking to shadow any investors/flippers

Hello!

As the post says I would love the opportunity to learn the ropes with an experienced investor/flipper. I'd be willing to put in some sweat equity to compensate for your time and training.

Hey @Christopher May!  I am not super familiar with your market (although I'm sure it's similar), we have a ton of local Chicago real estate investor meetups.

Getting to those things in person changed my life, and I was able to connect with mentors, experienced investors, and a lot of good people. Connect with the host and then set up as many one-on-one coffees as you can—and pay every time!

As far as using sweat equity to add value, what's your background or some specific skills you'd be able to help people with in the real estate industry?

You can find an opportunity like this a lot quicker if you go to local real estate investing meetups every month/week in your area. You won't have to ask in a national forum. You need to meet other investors first, see who you get along with and want to learn from, and then make a barter for sweat equity.
