Need help to find a investor/realtor to teach me while I assist on a project
I've been interested in real estate since I was young and love going to open houses every weekend (if I can), especially the homes that were flips or have been remodeled. Every time I go see a house, I walk thru it and think to myself "mmmm, I'd take this/that out and replace it with this...etc." I have a 2 year degree and one year certificate in Construction Technology. I would love to have someone teach me how to flip/remodel while assisting with a project. Please let me know if someone could help me out. Thanks.
