Founding a DC/Northern VA Real Estate Investment LLC
First, I'd like to introduce myself to the community, and thank any and all who are able to provide guidance. As alluded to in the Subject line, I'm crafting a business plan to form a Real Estate Investment Fund and will value any input the community is able to provide.
