Just starting out
Hi every one.
Thank you for letting me join the site about 5 minutes ago. I've wanted to flip houses for 10 years now. My mother has been in Realestate for as long as I can remember, so as a kid I would go to all her meetings and sit in at open houses. I built my business around helping people sell there homes and get the market ready. My biggest problem I am having is;
1. Finding the capital to start flipping
2. Finding the deals, obviously we all have that problem
3. All the legalities that go along with flipping houses
4. Do I need to incorporate to flip?
I live on Cape Cod in Massachusetts
