Looking for 1st deal and going after absentee owners 1st. Advice?

I will drive for dollars too becasue I am hungry for 1st deal?

I also have an investor who siad I can find a deal he will back it.

What phone service do you suggest so i do not have to give out my #?

Also looking for any mentors or parterships in the PHX area.
