LOANS house paid for, great credit, BUT just started company no proof of income

I just started my company and it is going great but not showing great income yet. my rental house is fully paid off and I have another 50%+ paid off.  what are my options to buy a four-plex without doing a refi or something on my existing properties. is this a stupid question?
