What are the "Safer" investment areas of Pittsburgh?
I'm a new investor and I want to gain some experience without a high risk of failing my first time out.
I think how safe it is depends on your goal ... could you elaborate? I'd be happy to help.
"Safe" fiscally or "safe" as in "not dangerous"?
Fiscally safer, though, I'm hoping that this means the properties are in safe'ish areas.
