We found one, I think....
Ok, so I think we found a property. Going to walk it tomorrow. Now I have a couple of questions and issues.
1. Property was started and flippers walked away. Most of the house the Sheetrock has been removed. Walls are down to the studs.
2. Property is in a great area. Bringing Bick bucks if we decided to buy and flip.
3. Should we just buy and sell so someone else can flip and spend the money?
