Investing in a different area
Hello, I have a potential deal that is located in another area and isn't convenient to drive to. My question is how would I proceed to effectively aquire and rennovate the property without getting scammed? My thoughts were to find a local realtor and see if they have a trusted general contractor to recommend. Am I on the right track here?
