Land Developers

Outside of just googling.. What is the best way to find serious Land Developers in Kentucky? I'm looking for a developer for a 100+ acre in Bardstown Ky.

Chris,

I know it is probably a little too late for your  benefit now, but in case you come across this again.  I would recommend contacting local builders if you are looking to wholesale the property.  Most are looking for land in good areas and if you are in the right spot, they will be very interested.

If you are looking to go alone and do the development yourself, contact a site engineer to do a land feasibility study for you.  They will be able to locate the proximity of utilities and what will be required to make the site buildable.  Once you are able to get that  information, contact site work contractors.  You can find a list on bluebook.com (list of contractors in your area).  Get a few estimates and see if you can team up with them, especially as you learn land development.

local planning and engineering firms will know who the players are
