Hello bigger pockets , my name is Andrew I'm 22 years of age looking to do my first fix and flip with my business partner. I've ran over 10-20 potential first deals with numbers averaged from multiple contractors. I have came across a couple doable deals but most lenders ask about an LLC before admitting the funds. I currently have an LLC being formed but I just need some re assurance to make sure it's the best approach. Feedback is greatly appreciated ! Thanks
Welcome @Andrew Reeve . This topic has come up hundreds, maybe thousands of times. There are some very long threads relating to this. There are those who always use LLCs and extol their virtues and others who don't use them at all. This site is searchable. Look in the toolbar to the right of your photo and read through some of the threads. You should be able to find every point of view.
