IS IT POSSIBLE TO GET FINANCING BEFORE YOU SHOP FOR A MULTIFAMILY

Hello everyone I love Multifamily. Maybe because i lived in them for most of my life.  I visit several RE Commercial Sites and ran across some gems I think. On any property I see My plan is BUY REPAIR HOLD for 3 -5 Years and then REFI and HOLD for INCOME.... Can i get Pre Approved Financing for Multifamily Properties?
