Newbie looking for guidance on 1st property investment.
Hello, I am looking to invest into my 1st property with about 20k saved for a down payment but I'm looking to flip for a nice return. I wanted to know what's the best strategy to find a house for a low price, where I won't need the ridiculous full payment amount at these auction I'm seeing. I want to finance the cost of the property and put as little of my 20k down. Another thing I looking to find out is where can I get a list of foreclosures, Short Sales, reos with financing options available? Any other advice will be appreciated. What kind of real estate is the best market for profit for example multi family homes, reos, foreclosures, rehabs,etc? Thank you fellow investors!
