New Member and Future Real Estate Agent/Investor in Houston Area
Hello BiggerPockets!
I'm a newcomer currently obtaining my real estate liscence. I'm going to be an agent/investor in the Houston area. As an investor, for my first few deals I'm looking into creative financing for flips. I feel that being an agent will provide the experience necessary to get a loan from lenders and having access to the MLS can't hurt either.
I would love to hear what the community thinks about this: Do you think agent experience will qualify me for my first flip? Actually, any advice about anything would be extremely appreciated. Thanks!
