Wholesaling in South FL

Hi all,

I was wanting to know if anyone has had any experience wholesaling properties in South, FL? I have bought a few properties in the past but now that my wife and I have finished real estate school, we are looking to go into real estate full-time. I am very interested in any information you may have on real estate wholesale.

Thanks!

Actually the whole point of BP is to get many opinions on questions and from both sides, helps people make more informed decisions.

So you went to real estate school to wholesale or are you actually getting licensed ?

If your getting licensed, I'm sure the state and your broker with code of ethics are not going to see your car buying scenario the same way as you.

I deal with wholesalers in my area pretty regularly but with anything, there is a right and wrong way to do things, and many wholesalers do things completely unethical and wrong.
