20 year old determined investor
As a 20 year old college student, I have determined that I do not possess enough capital to begin investing in "buy and hold" real estate. My goal is to build capital to get to that point where I can invest in "but and hold."
I have put a ton of thought into wholesaling properties. What do you suggest I do? Where do you suggest I start? I am already an avid listener of the Bigger Pockets podcasts and have done and will continue to do lots of reading.
P.S. I live in the Louisville, Kentucky area and go to school in upstate New York
