I have no problem putting in the time nor the effort to find the deals. Running the numbers seems do able to me and everything else seems ok. I do not know the proper channels to follow and move forward and would love to intern with someone in the NJ area. I am willing to do YOUR legwork at no cost and follow rules to a T. Basically boot on the ground!
