I am in the process of building my team, but I am having a hard time finding a contractor/ subcontractor. I looked at craigslist, but no luck. Where is a good place or a good way to find a good subcontractor?

Go to the Pro Desk at Home Depot or Lowe's and ask for recommendations on contractors. If you get there just before they open you can meet contractors and subs in the parking lot. But I feel better asking at the desk who's the most reliable.
