Getting started in Utah
I hope everyone is having a great start to 2018.
My wife and I have been interested in getting into the real estate world but as many of you know it can be hard to get started. We would love to talk to someone who has been there, done that to learn where to start. The strategies we are interested most in are Buy and hold as well as flipping. We don't have cash to get started which is where the major issue has been to get started. If any of you would be willing to teach us a little it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you all in advance.
