Hello all, I am a new investor looking to invest in South Philly (flip, rental). Any words of wisdom would be greatly 

appreciated, what to look for, what to look out for, areas to avoid, is there still value there, connections..... Thank you in advance!

Hi @Dave Bass , South Philly consists of many small neighborhoods that differ significantly from each other. I would start out by driving around a few areas just to get an idea of which areas interest you. Philly also has a large amount of investors and some great meetups where you can speak to local investors/wholesalers. Check out the events on BP as well as meetup.com and you will find a bunch of them. Good luck!
