New Years Resolution: Get My First Deal Done!
Just discovered the Bigger Pockets podcasts and webinars. Such a wealth of knowledge and a whole lot to learn. Really intent on getting my first deal done this year for an investment property.
I live in LA so more or less ruling this market out. I’m relatively young with no kids so I keep most of my assets in stocks but would like to start generating passive income through real estate investing out of state (maybe Vegas or Phoenix?). Planning on picking up David Green’s book but thought I’d post on the forums first. Maybe someone is interested in taking a rookie who can hustle under their wing :)
