Newbie with some questions...
My wife and I are just getting started in real estate investing. I’ve been reading some books and talking to people that are farther down the path than I am. I am getting conflicting advice so I figured I’d ask the group.
1. Asst Protection - thoughts on creating a holding LLC in Wyoming or Nevada to hold your LLC(s) in the states you invest?
2. I live in Philadelphia, Pa but am looking at different areas. Thoughts on looking outside your immediate area for your first investment?
3. I’m looking for an accountant and real estate attorney to build out my team - any suggestions for people in downtown Philadelphia?
