Do i have to buy furnitures when i rent a house?

You wouldn’t have to buy any of those things, unless you were planning on renting fully furnished.  Most places you would see rented out have no furniture.

@Account Closed the short is no. If you want to offer those things you can. Make sure you include those items in your lease as far as repair responsibility, replacement, what happens to items when tenant moves. The plus is that you may get more rent for offering such items. The downside is that it's another thing for the tenant to damage. Check other rentals in your area to see what they are offering. You want to be competitive. I have offered washer, dryer, and microwave in my units.
