To buy a home or investment?
Hello, I am currently renting and enjoying it. I own one rental investment property and would like to purchase another one. However, not sure if I should wait until I actually buy a home for my family or just find an investment property now? I have about 1.5 years left on my lease and have the ability to extend after it. Thanks in advance for the help!
