Anyone have any knowledge of the Chris Goff conference? Do you recommend this for someone who is new to this industry? Waivering on whether or not it’s worth my money to attend the 2-day conference.

It's been a few years since I've been to this conference but it wasn't for me.  He was promoting a strategy (sandwich lease options) that I just wasn't interested in.  He did talk a little about flips but not much at all.  It felt more like he was promoting an additional training priced a lot more than his original conference.  The information he was providing was very vague so you would purchase his additional training.  I think you would have better luck at a bigger pockets conference.
