Mobile home flip on 1 acre land
I’ve never done a fix and flip before, but have helped on a couple and been very vigilant in my study.
This would be my potentially first fix and flip, but I need opinions and ideas.
I came across this deal with a a gentleman who is very desperate to sell. He has a mobile home that needs completely re done, but sits on a 1 acre cornet lot in a great neighborhood. I did some recon and searched the county records and the land itself is worth 31,000. There are no liens.
The guy is asking well below that and this is a private sale. It is not listed online or through realtor.
Online Zillow and other sites have the property listed as 4x that amount
Is this worth the investment? Would you rehab the mobile home ? What would some of you experienced investors do?
