How to find your first deal
I’m ready to finally jump in and buy my first investment. My only problem is that I’m not sure how to go about finding my first deal. I’ve asked many wholesalers and other investors but I feel like it’s first come first serve and I’m not sure how to just find properties first. I’ve driven around but everything I find and then research isn’t the best deal to buy or the owners wouldn’t settle. Help!
