Personal Loan verse Commercial Loan

Hello "BP Rockstars,"

I have been approved for 3 separate personal mortage loans of 70 - 80k each, and I was initially looking at investing in SFR near Atlanta GA Metro area, however, I have been doing some research in my area and have found (what it seem) to be some good commercial properties that I may can capitalize on.

I have about 70K of investment capital that I want to use to maximize this opportunity; do yall think I should stick with the SFR for now, until I can get my feet wet. Also, I'm doing this from Afghanistan which is a challenge in itself, but my monthly take home is around 14K, which I want to ensure I take advantage of all the gov't taxes while I'm here.

Your thoughts and recommendation would be greatly appreciated....

Regards,
Tony
