Is anyone here from So. California and well versed in V/A Loans?
Looking for some feed back on a current possibility. Im looking into selling my house that we currently reside in now, to then invest the money towards a new home while using a VA loan (thinking around 50k+). With my partner using an additional VA loan we together want to rehab and resell for more capital and continue this trend to later invest in Multifamily complexes.
Anyone well versed in this specific game plan or have any active experience with it?
