Agent wanting to start flipping

Good Morning BP,

I am a former teacher turned real estate agent who wants to now start a flipping business. I have secured a funding source and a proj manager for contracting. Soooo what now? Who route do I take?  I'd like to learn about auctions also.   Any advice in this department would be great. Thanks. 

I am also a member of a 70/30 brokerage AND a team. Both take a piece of the pie.  Any advice here?
