Possible flip -trustee is nowhere to be found

I have a copy of the deed but the trustee listed can not be found on search engines or anywhere it doesn't show alive or dead.The grass is kept cut and clean. What can I do to get this property?

Write a letter with "Please forward/Address Correction Requested" noted on the envelope to the Trustee at the property address. Sometimes it's just that easy...
