Hi, Im a Filipino who works in the middle east as an expat and very new to real estate and its my first time to buy a property. It is a premier condo in central business district in Metro Manila, Philippines. I still have 15 months before the turn over of the unit. Should I flip this or lease it?

What are the returns of either strategy? If it'll cash flow well with a tenant, then go that route. If the returns are better as a flip, do that!
Can you provide more details on the numbers?

@Taylor L. Hi Taylor, I would like to ask for your suggestion, since I am working abroad, is it better to buy properties and pursue real estate here in dubai or in my home country?

@Anne Villanueva hard to say for certain - I don't know the market in Dubai at all! However I do know that Dubai's economy is heavily dependent on oil. Too dependent for my taste. I like economic diversity where I invest, so properties stay occupied if any particular sector goes through a down period. Have you considered remotely investing in the US?
