I just would like to know if anybody has used any hard money lenders in the Baltimore,Md area and i have some questions as far as what they look for before they approve you or a deal

If you're just looking for approval that's typically pretty easy. There aren't many things that you couldn't get approval with a hard money lender and they'd probably be in your background check. If you're looking at things to look for for rate and terms that would be around your credit, experience, and liquid funds. On both fronts there's probably a lender for you if you have issues.
